By engaging with Digital Pixora, you are partnering with a global tech agency dedicated to scaling your revenue. These terms ensure a frictionless, professional, and secure partnership.
1. Service Execution & Delivery
We engineer high-performance platforms, SaaS architectures, and luxury brand identities. Timelines and deliverables are strictly defined in individual project scopes. We commit to delivering pixel-perfect, 0ms lag solutions that align with modern global standards.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full clearance of project invoices, all intellectual property, source code, and design assets are transferred to the client. Digital Pixora retains the right to showcase the completed project within our secure portfolio, unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed.
3. Client Responsibilities
To avoid operational bottlenecks and wasted time, clients are expected to provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals. Project pauses resulting from extended client delays may incur restructuring fees to realign our engineering resources.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we build highly secure and robust systems, Digital Pixora shall not be held liable for third-party server downtimes, external API failures, or market shifts affecting conversion rates beyond the direct scope of our delivered code and design.
